Tim has been advocating and fundraising for international non-profit accounting standards since 2010, helping build the partnerships and evidence that ultimately led to IFR4NPO and the creation of INPRF. He became INPRF’s Donor Engagement Director in April 2026.
A chartered accountant and former CEO of Mango, Tim has held senior finance and leadership roles with Humentum, Christian Aid, VSO and Save the Children. Through Fair Funding Solutions, he also works to improve fair cost recovery and funding practices for non-profit organisations.
