Nili became Interim Technical Director of INPRF in August 2026, bringing more than 25 years of public-interest experience in standard setting, regulation and financial reporting. Previously, she was Executive Technical Director of the IASB, leading the staff developing international accounting standards and supporting their global adoption. She has also held senior roles at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, focused on corporate disclosure, rule-making and technical consultations.
A licensed CPA and CFA charterholder, Nili also serves on the governance committee of the Natural Asset Accounting Standards Board.
