Joyce is a financial leader, social entrepreneur and social investment specialist with over 20 years’ experience across the private and social sectors. A Fellow of ACCA, her work spans strategic finance, resource mobilisation, donor engagement and building sustainable social enterprises.
She is Treasurer of the Humentum Board and holds senior governance roles including Chair of Uganda Reinsurance. Joyce is also the author of A Guide to Building a Sustainable Social Enterprise – Follow Your Intuition, published in 2026, which draws on her practical experience supporting social enterprises to achieve both financial sustainability and social impact.
