Kris brings extensive experience in standard setting, governance and public-interest oversight. As former Chair of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, she worked closely with the IASB, IPSASB and regional standard-setting organisations, giving her a strong perspective on how standards achieve credibility and international acceptance.
Kris currently holds board and governance roles across higher education, ethical investment and the not-for-profit sector, and is a member of the Public Interest Oversight Board’s Standard Setting Boards Nominations Committee.
